Is mediation the best approach to solving disagreements about child custody/timesharing?

CHILD CUSTODY/TIMESHARING ATTORNEY FORT MYERS | FORT MYERS DIVORCE LAWYER

Yes, yes, and yes. We highly encourage settling all matters at mediation because at mediation what you’re essentially doing is that, both parties are in agreement with the settlement. If you take it to trial, then you are asking the judge to make that determination for you, and you may end up being happy with what the judge decides, or you may end up not liking the agreement at all. We highly encourage you to settle in mediation because there is a seventy to seventy-five percent chance or success if settled at mediation.
