Inconclusive Blood Alcohol Content Tests

Suspected drunk drivers either consent to or are forced to submit to blood tests to determine if their blood alcohol content is over the .08% legal limit in Michigan. The process for blood tests is not fool proof. The results may be inaccurate and subject to legal challenge. Ann Arbor attorney Stacey Washington discusses these tests.
