If support is not paid, must visitation be allowed in Florida?

So if a parent isn’t paying his or her child support, that is not a valid reason to disallow time sharing with the children. If a parent isn’t paying, then the proper channel to rectify that situation is through the Department of Revenue or the through the court system, wherever your child support has been awarded.
