I actually passed the breath test, but the police still arrested me. How is that possible?

It is possible if you showed other signs of impairment. Again, with the breath test that’s only one way to prove that you were driving under the influence. Now, if you show other sign of impairment as in you did not perform well in your field sobriety exercise. Then they can still arrest you for a DUI.
