The use of the internet is the first place to start. What does the company say about itself and its operation? Are there industry trade shows? Check with The US Patent Office. Utilize Private investigation firms overseas. Make FOIA requests to obtain Customs data, etc. As you get to know the company, you can then understand how best to track its operations to gain an understanding of how best to seek enforcement for the justice of your client.
