How To Prepare For A Deposition

When you are involved in a law suit, part of the process involves discovery. In order to learn what evidence the other side has, the parties engage in discovery where they subpoena records, submit written questions to each party, exchange medical records and take statements from all of the parties and witnesses. These statements taken under oath usually at the lawyers office are called depositions. These can be extremely intimidating if you are not prepared. The purpose of the video is to prepare you for the type of questions likely to be asked
