Find the link for request your driver's history
You will need your Driver's License, Permit or Photo ID card number. Find an old license or any letter from PennDot it should be on those.
A credit card (the cost is $10.00).
Get the record and print it out.
It will list offenses and the start date of any suspensions.
You should also call about getting a restoration requirements letter if you have a suspension.
PennDOT's Customer Call Center at 1-800-932-4600 (in-state) or (717) 412-5300 (out-of-state) to request a Restoration Requirements letter. You should be prepared to provide your Pennsylvania Driver's License number (if known), along with your name and date of birth.
