How to Avoid an Improper Lane Change

You've probably encountered a driver suddenly veering into your lane unannounced without using their blinker. There are times when someone uses their blinker, but fails to consider their blind spot and makes the lane change too quickly. These are called improper lane changes and they routinely lead to car accidents and serious injuries. The best way to avoid these types of accidents (and being held liable) is to always use your blinker and be extremely cautious so you don't fall victim to changing lanes when another car is in your blind spot.
