How Much Does It Cost for a Prenup?

Most attorneys charge between $600 - $800 to draft a prenuptial agreement. Attorney fees usually increase as revisions to the agreement are requested.

Attorney review fees are less than drafting fees. A well drafted prenup may take an attorney one to three hours to review with a client.

Paying upwards of $10,000 may not be necessary for drafting or reviewing a prenup unless you have significant assets.
