This is one of the most frequently asked questions, our law firm is asked when partaking in a prenup agreement drafting and/or representation. As with everything law related issue, the answer would be it depends. This legal guide is a mere attempt to give an imperfect answer.

1. Point 1: Variables to consider.

   Some of the variables to consider, that may merit consideration could include (but are in no way limited to): geographic location, size & reputation of the law firm, presence of any ancillary issues (i.e. one or both of the spouses not having full U.S. citizenship, underlying issues, size of assets & income streams, and the need/desire for dual attorney representation.
