I think the most recent statistics in Arizona indicate that across the board, that 98% of cases are settled before they ever get that far. Only 2% of cases ever get to trial and so if you have a circumstance or incident, a motor vehicle collusion or what not, even before I know the facts, I can tell you right up front that you have about a 98% chance that case settled and never even seeing the inside of a courtroom.
