Federal Regulations Overview

Federal regulations are the rules (sometimes referred to as administrative laws) used by the departments and agencies of the federal government. Congress often gives broad authority to executive branch agencies to interpret the statutes in federal regulations, which the agencies enforce. If you have been accused of violating a federal regulation, you should seek help from a federal regulation lawyer. Federal regulation lawyers are often former federal agency employees and usually know who the best contacts at the federal agencies are, and what approaches will work in negotiating with federal officials.
