FDCPA - What Is The Mini Miranda Warning That Collectors Must Give Me When They Call?

This is one of the most common types of FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) violations - leaving voicemail messages without leaving the mini-miranda. The mini-miranda is when the collector says "This is a debt collector" and "This is an attempt to collect a debt". This is important so you are warned about who you are dealing with and you can make an informed decision on whether you want to talk to the collector or not.
