Failure to Appear License Revocation in NC

If the court notifies the DMV office stating that you have failed to appear in court, or to pay your ticket, you may lose your driving privileges. They will remain revoked until the DMV is notified that you have taken action regarding your ticket. Paying the ticket or appearing in court are not guarantees to walk away without penalty either.
