Evicting a Residential Tenant in Florida for Non-Payment of Rent

Florida law provides specific steps that a landlord has to take to evict a tenant from a residential property (evicting tenants from commercial property is similar, but involves a separate set of laws). This guide will provide the basic steps required to remove a tenant for non-payment of rent.
