Estate Planning for California Gun Owners - Gunpocalyptic Gun Trust Planning

This 19 minute video is a comprehensive survey of how the new gun laws known as "Gunpocalypse" and signed on July 1st, 2016, affect estate planning for gun owners in California. Because of the new changes in gun law, including a huge expansion in the definition of assault weapon, gun owners should make sure that all of their estate planning documents are integrated with appropriate language for gun planning, whether or not they have a separate gun trust. (A joint trust in California should never hold guns and should be drafted to make that clear.)
