Do You Have A Case?

Oftentimes the most important question clients have is, "Do I have a case?" The way we like to explain what constitutes a valid personal injury legal case is by using the "Three Legged Stool Rule". Basically, you need all three legs of the stool in order to make the stool stand. In the instance of determining whether or not you have a personal injury case you need the following three things: Liability, Collectability, and Damages. Clients who schedule an appointment with our offices will first have a consultation with one of our attorneys to determine whether or not their case meets the "Three Legged Stool Rule".
