Do I Have a Claim for Unpaid Overtime Wages in Maine?

Federal and state law provides that all employees that work over 40 hours a week are entitled to be compensated at one and one half times their normal hourly rate of pay, even if on salary, unless the employee is subject to one of several statutory exemptions to the overtime pay requirements.
