Deposition Instructions for Personal Injury Clients

Under the law, the other lawyer has a right to take your “discovery deposition.” This means that you will be put under oath and the lawyer will ask you questions relating to this case. The lawyer’s questions and your answers will be taken down by a court reporter. Your lawyer will be present.
