Can my spouse tell me that I cannot see my kids?

You have the same rights to your children as your spouse does and therefore, he or she cannot hold your kids from you or tell you that you cannot see your children. However, if a court order exists, like if there's been some abuse and there's a court order impending domestic violence injunction that temporarily suspends your ability to see your kids, that may be a valid reason for your spouse to tell you that you cannot see your kids.
