Yes, if you’ve had more than one DUI then depending on when you had those DUIs, but DUI’s carry statutory mandatory minimum. If you had 2 DUI within five years or 3 DUI within ten years, each of those would carry different penalties. The more DUI that you have in your background, the harsher the penalty could be.
