Can I have my drunk driving conviction expunged in Florida?

FORT MYERS/NAPLES DUI ATTORNEYS | FLORIDA DUI LAWS

No, you cannot. The only ways to get any crime expunged in Florida are if you have a withhold of adjudication. Drunk driving, DUIs, are required to have an adjudication of guilt for conviction purpose. Because it requires a conviction and adjudication of guilt, you are not able to get it expunged.
