Can I get joint custody/timesharing if I am not paid up on child support in Florida?

Yes, you can still get joint custody of the child even if you’re not paid up on child support in Florida. What you have to do is you have to file a supplemental petition to modify the time sharing agreement. As long as you can show that there has been a substantial, material and unanticipated change in circumstances and it’s in the best interest of the child, then the court may grant you more time sharing with the child.
