Big Changes at South Texas Detention Facility in Pearsall, Texas presented by Thomas Esparza

As of Monday, August 2, 2010, South Texas Detention Center (Pearsall) cases will be heard at the detention center and will not be handled via televideo in San Antonio, Texas any longer. This information was just received by the Court Administrator and EOIR staff is attempting to contact attorneys that are scheduled to appear with their clients next week. Immigration Judge Glenn McPhaul will be hearing cases Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week, and Immigration Judge John Carte will be hearing cases on Tuesday and Friday of next week.
