Are Florida courts more likely to award custody/time-sharing to mothers than to fathers?

Time-sharing is not necessarily more likely to be awarded to mothers over fathers, because there are statutory reasons that a judge has to award timesharing to a parent. They're outlined in the Florida statues, and there's 20 factors. A judge is bound by each and every factor with relation to awarding timesharing with a parent for a child.
