A guide to discovery when getting a divorce

A party is allowed to undertake formal discovery when getting a divorce. The purpose is to discover information about assets, debts and other financial issues that may affect the parties in the dissolution of a marriage. This guide will discuss the various types of discovery that can be conducted.
