Judge Kelley Kostin
Judge Kelley Kostin was elected to the 52-2 District Court in 2004.
She received her law degree from the University of Detroit in 1991.
She served as an Associate at a private law firm for 13 years before serving as a judge. While in private practice, Judge Kostin acted as a Magistrate to the 52-2 District Court.
