A. 100 % Recovery Due To Total Inability To Work

Permanent Total Disability According To Labor Code Section 4662(a)Labor Code section 4662 (a) sets forth four circumstances where permanent disability is presumed:
(a) Loss of both eyes, or loss of sight . Loss of the ability to perform eye work.
(b) Loss of both hands, or loss of the use of both hands. Loss of the ability to perform hand work.
(c) An injury resulting in practically total paralysis.
(d) An injury to the brain resulting in permanent mental incapacity.
