I have mental health issues and asked my therapist to transfer my case to a location closer to my home. She said that she could not transfer my case as the office closer to my house was not accepting new cases. I called the office that was closer to my home and they said they were accepting new cases. I filed a complaint with the recipient rights office who blew it off. She told the recipient rights worker that she said she would do a home visit , which is fine but I can not do a home visit with a psychiatrist. Then she said she would transfer the case but did not get back to me, so I closed my case. The therapist refusing to transfer my case meant that I had to ask someone to transport me to my doctor's office to receive medication.
