I was arrested in case of obscenity because of my sickness called depression.. and my case is dismissed ..so after doing expungement .. there would be any problem while coming back to usa from my country. And is there will be any problem in immigration ..
If the case was dismissed then expunged, you should not have any immigration problems.
You must keep a record of the dismissal, and talk to an immigration attorney in a private & confidential setting BEFORE you travel, as expungement is typically ineffective for immigration purposes, so it is the dismissal and not the expungement that you will rely upon, and you will have to disclose the arrest, but you must be careful about any questions as to the underlying facts. Consult with counsel offline ASAP.

Yes, it could be an issue. The Officer can ask questions and would like to see a certified copy of the disposition.
