If I quit my job due to being denied a break an then I had a accident wetting my pants at work will I get unemployment or will they deny me since I quit I filed and I put illegal and u safe working conditions and I've had always been mistreated I feel like she's told others my personal reasoning of family issues and had not gave me required breaks in the the past only if I ask and then it's still not a full break when I do get a break it's about 10 min if I do get one in the past my boss has pretty much told me I'm irresponsible for missing a day due to have a abscess tooth and I had a doctor's note and she still managed to tell me I need to come in and she's always been so unprofessional to me rude ND Jst additude for previous issues when my father has had a massive stoke and the also when my niece of 11 months pasted I needed some time off to go see her for the last time and she at first told me I wasn't going to have my spot when I got back but so many other reasons but I quit that day because I had an accident and wet my self n asking for a break a few times so I filed and I've had my interview over the phone and I haven't heard from unemployment yet
