I was 2 months away from being 15 when i got pregnant , my boyfriend was 18 about to turn 19 , i was 15 1/2 when i gave birth and my boyfriend was 19 . My mom consented to him staying with me after . i am now emancipated and about to turn 18, we plan to get married in january , would it still apply to him after we are married or im 18?
Yes, it would. Simple math could prove that you became pregnant when you were fifteen, everybody knows how that happens, and DNA testing could prove that he is the father.
However, if no charges have been filed after more than two years, it seems unlikely that charges would be filed now... especially because he was also a juvenile when it happened.

Yes. What matters is your age when you had sex, not how old you might be when someone investigates the crime.
