My flight was canceled here in Denver and I was scheduled to appear in court tomorrow 04/11.
I have changed the category of your question as this was not phrased as a military law question. This answer may be moot by now as your hearing was yesterday. I am not sure what you mean by "absence of a Rule Nisi". A rule nisi is just an order setting the date of the hearing.
Hopefully you or your attorney contacted the court and the opposing attorney and let them know of the circumstances beyond your control that prevented you from being there and requested a continuance of the hearing. Most courts are pretty reasonable when someone can actually prove that they had made every effort to be present and also notified the court as soon as possible of any delays.
