Me and my wife have re-enrtry permits valid for one more year. Our son(1.5 years) has only the permanent resident card. He
Exited US 12 months ago and now we don't know if we should fly to US in order for him not to be outside for more than 12 months. If we have reentry permits, does our reentry permite apply for his term too?
Re-Entry permits are done on a per-person basis. You cannot apply for a Re-Entry Permit when physically outside the country. It is advisable to have a private consultation with an immigration attorney to see what options are available to you to resolve your issues.
