I have been graduated in march 2016 from Pacific States University. At that time my university accredited but from December 12th ACICS is no longer accredited. I already apply for OPT Extension and my employer apply for the H1B for me as well.
I do not think your OPT extension application will be approved under these circumstances and nor will it do yo8u much good to have your employer petition you under the "Master's quota" if the academic institution is no longer accredited.
