My husband and I got into a arguement March 22nd. Our neighbors called the police and when they arrived my husband had already left our home. My husband broke my cell phone and sprayed me with shaving cream, ridiculous I know. However as a result he was charged with 5 counts. He turned himself in and was relased on bail with a no contact order. The police stated in their report several things that were untrue including that he hit me.A week later I went into labor and had to call my husband because I had no one else to help me. He came to the home and our neighbors called the police. The police came and issued a warrent for his arrest for breaking the no contact order. Two days later I went and had the no contact order removed. He turned himself in and is now being held in jail. what next.
My husband and I have two infant sons and a baby due in a week. I know many women that are victums of domestic violence forgive and make excuses for their abusers. However that is not the case with my family. I feel like everyone is trying to make it seem as if im in denial and no one will listen to my side of the story. The police filed these charges and I never asked for any of this. My husband is being held in jail for the next two weeks without bail. I fear he will miss his third son being born and that just makes me cry all day and night. Why are they making him into this monster that he is not? Why wont anyone take what I(the alleged victum) has to say seriously?
Please see my answer to what I expect was your earlier post. You need to get your husband an attorney as soon as possible.
