I'm afraid my daughter will go back to prison if she marries a guy her PO told her can't be around
Almost every county has a probationary rule that prohibits contact with anyone having a criminal record. I’m assuming that her boyfriend is a convicted felon. I would imagine true love needs to take a backseat in this instance, at least until she’s off probation or parole, to guarantee the honeymoon is not interrupted by a trip to prison.
If your daughter is on parole from prison, does she want to risk going back to prison by doing the exact thing she has been told she cannot do? If she marries this boyfriend, she risks breaking the terms of her parole and being put back in prison.
