Will my auto insurance (without pip or medpay) pay for my medical bills if I’m the at fault person please in a car accident ?
Unfortunately, no, not without PIP or medpay. That is the purpose of PIP and medpay. If you have personal health insurance, they would pay for treatment. We highly recommend everyone have PIP or medpay on their auto insurance policy. Good luck.
PIP coverage pays for your medical bills (and expects to get paid back if it was somebody else's fault). If you had no PIP coverage, then look for other coverage (work, L&I, etc.)
