so my attorney is out of town and I'm unable to get ahold of him, I need to reschedule my intake date for the Anoka County workhouse, because I need money and I don't get paid until the week after my intake date. And I have nobody on the outside that can help me at the moment. I was wondering if I missed my intake date and I went down there that following week will they still allow me to go into the Anoka County workhouse or would I be put into County.
You may very well lose the benefit of work release. You need to get approval to push off the report date rather than blowing off the report date.
If you miss your intake date, you likely violate the conditions of the sentencing order and will lose any work release privileges. DO NOT miss your intake date.

Don’t miss that date. You could lose your privileges and end up spending more time than he original sentence.
