Driving to work this morning (in a hurry), I saw a school bus coming from the opposite direction getting ready to stop. There was no one at the stop, but the lights were still red and stop arm was still extended. As I approached, seeing no one was at the stop, I figured the bus would be on its way and drove through. (I never do this and don't know why this morning it seemed like a good idea). The bus driver honked, but there was not a ticket issued right away. I have never received a ticket or had any criminal history, so am very concerned of what could happen next.
You will not receive a citation in the mail. You may have an officer at your front door with one, if the bus driver or the camera got your license plate number.
