When I'm a Washington state resident but used to be an Oregon resident and I get a dui in Oregon and Oregon wants to suspend my license for life will it be suspended in other states? The authorities used my old Oregon drivers license number for the arrest. My WA license number was never used.
Both states are members of the Interstate License Compact and share and respect each other's suspensions. So I will guess yes your license will have some issues.

If you are suspended in one State then if another state is part of the interstate compact with that first State then YES you will be suspended in WA too. Since your issue is in Oregon, yes WA will suspended your license.
That doesn't mean ALL of the States would treat you as suspended but we are talking about State in the East. Anywhere in the Western US they will be connected with Oregon. Sorry
Reminder: Do not drive during the period of time that you are suspended because this is another major traffic offense and will increase your suspension by a year or more.
Yes. I just dealt with this issue for a client. These states will give each other full faith and credit. You will need to clean up your licensing issues in OR before you are good to go in WA.
