This is my second ticket. I'am 20 years old my first ticket was for speeding when i was 19 and the ticket that i just got was for passing in a no passing zone. In NH we have the under 20 law. if you are under twenty you loose your lisence for a certin amount of time for any moving violation. My question is iam 20 years old and still on my youth operator license untill iam 21, i keep finding conflicting information on our states dmv website. i turn 21 in febuary. will i loose my lisence this time. with this ticket i will have 7 points on my license.
It's easy to find inaccurate as well as conflicting information on the internet. Even if the information is not conflicting, it's often confusing. You should find a New Hampshire attorney who is familiar with driver licensing laws and tickets in New Hampshire, because an attorney there may be able to save your privilege to drive. Pleading guilty will probably cause you a lot of trouble, so there is a difference to pleading guilty and not guilty.
