I have to go to Mexico for a family issue, but I have a warrant in the state of Colorado for not appearing in court, I already sent a guilty plea by mail to the judge but have received nothing in return, yet. Will I have an issue crossing back? Can I be arrested?
Contact the court to see the status of the warrant. Even if it is active, there is little chance you will be arrested as Colorado would have to agree to extradite. Extradition on a traffic warrant is almost unheard of.

The only issue I can think of is you could get held up at the border until they get confirmation that Colorado does not want to extradite. Best to clear it up first.
