Nobody is getting sent to prison for not getting their G.E.D. They do, however, get sent to prison for not finishing their G.E.D. AND violating additional terms of their probation. There isn't enough info here to tell you more than that. But I will say, I'm certain no judge is going to order you to prison for not completing your G.E.D. and nothing else, coronavirus or not.
I'd suggest that you buckle down on any school work that you can while you're at home and be prepared to show it to the judge. Good luck to you.
