my mother in law gave a bag of drugs to the police and said it was mine and they arrested with me a charge of possession. i got bonded out and i go back to court next month. will i get sent to jail even if they have no evidence or proof that it’s mine?
They do have possible proof, your mother in law's statement. If the trier of fact believes her, it is evidence. You need to obtain an attrney.
