I got arrested and posted bond the same day, have been out on bond for about 7months and I looked up my case on the court website and I got indicted about a month ago and I got arraignment in a few days or first appearance. I’ve also been Checking In every week. Just wanna know if I’ll be arrested because I’m coming from out of town. It’s on a drug charge controlled substance less than gram. (Thc cartridge)
If you have not violated any of the bond provisions since you were released you will not be arrested at your arraignment setting. At the setting the Judge will ask you if you would like an attorney, I would suggest you ask for time to hire an attorney. The court will give you a new court date. DO NOT STOP CHECKING IN WITH YOUR BONDSMAN UNTIL THE MATTER IS COMPLETELY RESOLVED AND YOU ARE TOLD YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO CHECK IN WITH THE BONDSMAN. Following your court date, OR BEFORE, you should start searching for a Criminal Defense attorney that practices in McKinney, Texas.

From what you describe, there is no reason for an arrest warrant to be issued. Retain an attorney prior to your court date who can appear with you, and who can also make sure everything is in order. Good luck.
The only reason you would be arrested is if your bond was held insufficient because you violated a bond condition, which it does not sound like you have done. Keep in touch with your bondsman and your attorney and appear at court as instructed, and you will be fine.
