Will I get in trouble for leaving the state and not giving a new address if I still go to meetings in the new state?

So sorry to hear of your problem. Guilty people run. Are you guilty? Why run? The substantiated concern means DCF will now conduct a DCF Family Assessment. DCF will come to your home to check in on you and the baby over the next 4 or so months. This is no reason to run. If you leave the state then you may go to even a worse situation. It appears always to be greener on the other side until you get there.
Wishing you and the baby the best of luck!
