Hello, on Friday night I was being driven home with some friends in an uber. All my friends were 21 and older I am 19. Our uber driver got pulled over. The cop breathalyzed all of us and said he was issuing me a citation via mail for underage drinking, when he let us go he then said he would not be Pershing anything any further then let us go. Do you think I will get something in the mail and can I find out if I will get something in the mail prior to it coming?
Hard to say Pershing I am assuming you mean pushing. The best way to know is to call the local magistrate court and ask them if a citation has been filed.

If the officer said you would be getting a citation, than I would expect a citation, which will actually come as a Summons. You should talk to an attorney immediately if you receive anything because a underage comes with an automatic license suspension. I see potential defenses here, but more detail would need to be explored with an attorney. You can monitor whether anything is filed here https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/MDJ.aspx I suggest a search by name and county only.
