My ex has 3 children from previous relationships and we have 1 have 4 yr. old together. Department of Human Services is sending me letters that I owe them because my ex committed welfare fraud while we were married without my knowledge. While we were married, I wasn't making a steady income & worked odd jobs here & there. Will I be responsible for the whole amount that needs to be paid back and for the kids that aren't mine? The other kid's dad lives in another country outside the USA.
