I was denied citizenship because I lied to the immigration about my real identity (when I applied for asylum and green card). They send me a letter of denial and to appeal within 30 days. Now I don't know if they will ever grant me my citizenship since I unlawfully got my green card. But when I first came to this country, I was advised to lie because that was "the only way" I could get an asylum. Now I regret that and wish that I knew better when I came here 15 years ago.
Yes, there is a very god change you can be deported. I would hire a lawyer ASAP

I would urge you to consult with and hire an immigration lawyer to assist you with this case. the lawyer will debrief and brief you, analyze, assess and evaluate your case in order to minimize the possibilities for deportation. The government can always review, investigate or reconsider your visa status. They can call you in to investigate and they may declare you ineligible for tpermanent residency. Please review your complete history with an immigration lawyer.
You will probably be placed in removal proceedings. You should seek the help of an experienced immigration attorney.
